Perfect Charter was created with one simple philosophy in mind, to offer the best, most luxurious and bespoke charter experience possible. Situated in the picturesque Port de Soller, we provide skippered charters around the beautiful island of Mallorca and the surrounding Balearic Islands. As a team we know what makes a flawless charter because we are passionate about sailing and cruising ourselves. Most importantly our focus is on our guests’ experience and exceptional customer service is the key to our success. We are looking for someone to join the team who shares this same passion and who will be an ambassador for the business and work hard to ensure our guests receive a Perfect Charter.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• As captain you will be an example in providing a 1st class service for all guests with flexibility to adapt to client requirements.

• Responsible for the daily preparation of the charter yacht.

• Greet clients and ensure appropriate briefings are given in line with Perfect Charter safety procedures prior to departure.

• We provide various trips from Full Day to Sunset Sail and the Captain must be flexible and able to work last minute when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

​

• Must have license RYA YachtMaster Sail

OR

• Spanish motor or license patrón de altura or Pper

•  Must speak fluent English and ideally Spanish.

•  Exceptional customer service skills.
